About Us

Project Quest is a collaborative initiative by Save The Quest, a non-profit organization, supported by the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL). IOCL's support has been instrumental in developing the web-based platform that drives this impactful initiative. Together, we are committed to empowering learners with disabilities through inclusive education.

Who We Are?

Save The Quest is an NGO dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments for students with disabilities. We believe that quality education should be accessible to all—regardless of physical challenges. Our work is centered around building sustainable, community-driven solutions that promote dignity, independence, and academic success for every learner.

Introducing Project Quest

Project Quest is a tech-enabled platform designed to empower students with visual impairments and other physical disabilities by connecting them with trained citizen volunteers who assist with their academic needs. These volunteers play a crucial role in:

Scribing during exams.

Recording and reading academic notes.

Providing subject-related assistance.

Offering emotional and motivational support.

Our Mission

To eliminate academic barriers faced by students with disabilities by creating a scalable, technology-driven support system that promotes inclusion, self-reliance, and success in higher education.

What We Do?

Through the Quest platform, we offer:

Volunteer-based academic assistance.

Access to audio and digital learning materials.

Personalized support tailored to each learner's needs.

A digital space for interaction, growth, and guidance.

This initiative ensures that students who may otherwise be excluded from fully participating in academic life get the support they need to reach their full potential.

Who We Serve?

Our focus is on students with physical disabilities, particularly those with visual impairments, who often face systemic obstacles in accessing academic content and resources. Quest empowers them by providing timely, human-centered support that supplements their institutional education.

Our Vision

We envision Project Quest growing into a nationwide movement that transforms the higher education experience for students with disabilities. As we scale, we welcome new partners, collaborators, and supporters to join our mission; ensuring that every learner, regardless of their physical ability, has a fair chance to succeed.
