The Scribe Bank is a not-for-profit platform dedicated to helping visually impaired students by connecting them with volunteer scribes for examinations and academic support. Our goal is to promote inclusive education and accessible learning.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• For scribes and volunteers: You must be legally eligible to volunteer and willing to commit honestly to any assignment accepted.

3. User Responsibilities

• Not to share false, misleading, or unauthorized content or information.
• To treat all users with respect, professionalism, and dignity.
• To maintain confidentiality of personal information shared during coordination.
• Not to use the platform for commercial gain or personal promotion.

4. Code of Conduct

For Students:

• Provide accurate details of your examination and assistance needs.
• Notify us promptly in case of changes or cancellations.

For Volunteers/Scribes:

• Show up on time and fulfill your commitment with sincerity.
• Inform the platform if you're unable to attend or complete an assigned duty.
• Maintain a helpful and non-discriminatory approach toward students.

5. Privacy and Data Use

All information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as outlined therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Scribe Bank acts only as a facilitator. While we aim to verify the information provided by users, we are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in user-submitted data.
• Cancellations, misconduct, or non-performance by any party.
• Any harm, loss, or damage arising from the use of our platform or reliance on its services.
